When: Monday, June 29 Monday, July 27 Monday, August 31 (min. 6, max. 15 people) Total 25 km Elevation gain: 230 m Difficulty: medium Duration: 4 hours - 5:30 PM: Meet Licia, your guide for today, and drop off your bikes at the Monte del Fra' winery in Sommacampagna (VR); - Departure by bike towards Villafranca di Verona and visit the city and its imposing Scaliger Castle, which boasts historical roots in the Middle Ages and Roman times; - Time for a stroll through the Risorgimento history of this iconic city, and then back on our bikes with our lights on, we'll return to the Monte del Frà winery; - After these cultural moments, it's time to relax and taste three of the company's iconic wines paired with delicious chocolate chosen especially for you (see details *); - Gourmet dinner at the winery and final farewells (*see details) - Approximately 9:30 PM, end of service *Charming and engaging tasting experience offering a guided tasting of two wines from the winery paired with two types of artisanal chocolate. The chocolate you'll taste during this experience is crafted by master chocolatier Liudmila Pascurova, who, combining beans from around the world, has created four hand-painted chocolates, true works of art. Be amazed by this tasting experience just a few kilometers from Lake Garda! *The gourmet dinner includes two courses, depending on the seasonality of the products, from the following options: - Appetizer (excluding cured meats and cheeses), such as Lessinia ricotta with cooked vegetables or crostini with local products, or other dishes to be determined depending on the season and local producers - Main course: carne salà (salted meat) or carne battuta al taglio (chocolate tart), or roast beef accompanied by baked potatoes - Dessert: Villafranca puff pastry or sbrisolona (sweet and sour cream cake). Wine tasting: Guests will have a tasting of three wines, two paired with two chocolates, and one served during dinner (Valpolicella Classico, Amarone, Custoza Ca del Magro).
